Spencer Harris, MD

Spencer Harris, MD is a native of eastern Idaho and graduated in business finance from Brigham Young University. He received his MD at the University of Washington and completed his internship in internal medicine at the University of Washington’s Boise campus. He is interested in the interplay between business and medicine, and he hopes to apply business principles to maximize quality and efficiency in Ophthalmology. He completed a research fellowship at the Smith-Kettlewell Eye Research Institute where he studied ocular growth rates in healthy children and in children with cataracts. Spencer’s early years in the wilds of Idaho have translated into an affinity for the outdoors, including camping, hiking, snowboarding, etc. He also loves all racket sports and is currently accepting any and all challengers.
