Marcus Yamamoto, MD

Marcus Yamamoto was born and raised on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. He attended Creighton University before returning home for medical school at the University of Hawaii John A Burns School of Medicine. During medical school, Marcus enjoyed volunteering at an eye clinic for houseless patients and completed a research fellowship at the UCLA Stein Eye Institute, where he focused on ocular imaging of developing vasculature in premature infants.. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, surfing, and watching professional sports.
